 Serenity Pathways Housing Solutions' mission is to end homelessness by providing safe, stable, and supportive housing pathways for individuals and families experiencing housing instability.

We serve returning citizens, veterans, families in crisis, and individuals facing economic hardship by addressing the underlying barriers that lead to homelessness. Through housing support and wraparound services including case management, workforce development, behavioral health support, and life-skills training we empower individuals and families to restore dignity, achieve stability, and build independent futures.

  • Aged Out foster Care (18-26)

  • Individuals in crisis

Services include:

  • Housing placement and stabilization

  • Case management and goal planning

  • Employment readiness and job placement

  • Financial literacy and life skills training

  • Mental health and substance abuse referrals
