Serenity Pathways Housing Solutions
Restoring Lives, Renewing Purpose
Serenity Pathways Housing Solutions is Serenity Outreach’s housing-stabilization initiative designed to help individuals and families move from homelessness, housing insecurity, and crisis toward safe, stable, and sustainable housing. Using a person-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approach, the program addresses both immediate housing needs and the underlying barriers that can prevent long-term stability.
Serenity Pathways serves vulnerable populations, including seniors age 62 and older, veterans, unaccompanied young adults ages 18–24, individuals returning from incarceration, and families at risk of homelessness. Services may include housing assessments, individualized stabilization plans, housing searches, landlord engagement, application and document assistance, move-in support, case management, benefits navigation, employment assistance, life-skills education, transportation support, and mental-health or community-service referrals. Financial assistance for rent, deposits, utilities, or other housing-related expenses may be available based on eligibility and funding.
Through Rapid Re-Housing and supportive-housing strategies, Serenity Pathways connects housing with the ongoing services people need to remain stable. Its intergenerational approach also creates opportunities for seniors, veterans, young adults, and returning citizens to build supportive relationships, share strengths, and develop a stronger sense of purpose and community.
The program’s goal is not simply to place someone in housing—it is to help each participant increase income, strengthen life skills, improve overall well-being, maintain housing, and build a realistic path toward independence and long-term self-sufficiency.
