Family Stabilization program
This DCF- and court-approved psychoeducational co-parenting class helps parents strengthen communication, reduce conflict, understand their children’s needs, and develop healthy co-parenting strategies. Live Zoom sessions are available by appointment, and participants receive a certificate upon successful completion.
I Am Well Mental Health & Psychoeducational Initiative
The I Am Well Mental Health & Psychoeducational Initiative is a collaborative community-wellness program that provides counseling support, mental-health education, psychoeducational groups, and connections to trusted resources. Through the combined efforts of Serenity Outreach, Synergia Behavioral Health & Solutions, SoulPath Counseling and Therapeutic Services, and other community partners, participants receive support in a welcoming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed environment.
TALENTS-2--WORK
The Talents-2-Work Workforce Development Program helps job seekers, young adults, returning citizens, and career changers turn their skills into employment opportunities. Participants receive career coaching, résumé and application assistance, interview preparation, digital-skills training, job-readiness support, employer connections, and access to employment expos.
