Mrs. Sharmaine Burr, Founder & Executive Director of Serenity Outreach Inc., a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization, held its 4th annual back-to-school "Hair Bash" event this past August 9th & 10th. The event purpose was to give students a good head start in preparing for school.
